Christ Almighty: Week 15

We had a good class this week, 23 students attended

Was a little bit of trouble setting things up today because people are wanting to move onto harder things, but with new people attending each week it is hard to keep everyone accommodated

We set up a cat crawl run under some mats, and a large circuit for people to try. the most fun thing we did was swinging under-bars from ropes through small gaps in obstacles. was a mighty fine challenge (only managed the lower one myself)

The circuits and conditioning disguised as parts of the run worked well though and everyone enjoyed themselves (when they weren’t being punished with press-ups for breaking tricking rules or swearing!)
