Comminty Sessions Going Strong

9 November, 2009

DSC01020This Saturday was a big surprise for me, I wasn’t expecting the community to turn out together in the way that it has. and this is largely due to the open Saturday sessions we are holding at NK

there were so many old faces, and many new ones/ people we haven’t taught in over a year and I’m glad that we have all come back together to practice what we love (in case you missed the point of the blog that’s Parkour/FreeRun)

so after my knee packed in I started taking photo’s of the action and here is what i got :D

Open Gym Sessions

6 October, 2009

Hey guys …
DSC00043
Right, so as it is approaching the winter period with all the nasty british weather going on Dale and I  have decided to make the saturday workshops into open gym sessions.

so what ever you desire to do you may practise it.  From general Parkour movements to creativity flow or tricking, ( yes thats right TRICKING !) then you are more than welcome to come along.
we now have much more equipment,  some sprung floor pannels for tumbling that we can get out etc..

as I was saying the weather is getting worse, nights are getting earlier so if you would like a nice dry place to practise you are more than welcome to come.

HOWEVER there are a few things :DSC00038

there WILL be a 30 minute period at the beginning for a warm up and some conditioning ( 30 minutes isnt asking a lot)

It will cost 3.50 for two hours (this is due to the leisure centre charging, not Dale and I)  we do not get any of your money)

For those who want use the session as an open session that is fine but if there are still beginners out there and still want to come Dale and I  will still be coaching so beginners you are all still welcome smile.gif

im not demanding that people to turn up but if you do get fed up of the wet cold and dark and want to come on in for two hours your more than welcome guys

Love From Stu
