This Saturday was a big surprise for me, I wasn’t expecting the community to turn out together in the way that it has. and this is largely due to the open Saturday sessions we are holding at NK
there were so many old faces, and many new ones/ people we haven’t taught in over a year and I’m glad that we have all come back together to practice what we love (in case you missed the point of the blog that’s Parkour/FreeRun)
so after my knee packed in I started taking photo’s of the action and here is what i got
