Christ Almighty: Week 19

I am surprised it has been a whole month since I made the post about the Thursday sessions, time moves so fast, it feels like yesterday we had our first session.

anyway its going to be a short report today cause im working on my dissertation but lots of photos to keep you entertained instead

This week Jonny and I were taking the session.
we started with a short warm-up and stretch (which I let Jonny lead) while we discussed with the kids what they would like to do.
some people wanted to practice precisions, arm jumps and double cat-passes (while most still wanted to trick !)

anyway it was a fun session, everybody was working hard at what they wanted to do. and as we got to put our own music on this week (rather than the usual dance stuff) Jonny and I (and a few kids) got to rock out while we taught. *raises hands to the air and shouts* “NO ONE’S GONNA TAKE ME ALIVE” * Head Banging ensues*

anyway here are the pics (taken with my lovely new 5megapixel phone camera :D) which i am sure are more interesting than imagining me rocking out at my desk
